High Speed Welding Machine

Concentric Hot Dipped Pure Tinned Copper (OFHC Electrolytic) leads (RoHS Compliant) are cut to specific length and are spot welded to the resistor caps. Tinned copper wire is inspected for the Dimension and Mechanical tests (Tensile, Torsion, Bending, Elongation & Solderability with and without Ageing). Quality of welded resistor are tested for weld joint strength inspected for centering, appearance and dimension of lead length on each side.

The machines are based on Tokyo welds Technology and are integrated with a pretapers which belts the welded resistors with a semi adhesive tape to enable direct feeding to a detaping unit of the paint line which reduces human handling and eliminates chances of mixing wrong varieties of resistors while feeding.
